Savannah cats are one of the most expensive cat breeds.  It isn't just because they look fancy - it's because the cost to own a serval is significant (can be $1000 a month just to feed one, plus its housing, more expensive vet care, etc).  Because of that, Savannah Cats are priced dependent on their generation (from the serval), as well as their gender, looks, and location in the country.
